Ann Lebowitz established her law firm in 2010. Ms. Lebowitz is Martindale Hubbell AV © rated and has been designated a Pennsylvania SuperLawyer. Her major areas of concentration are state and federal appellate practice, complex litigation, and public finance. In addition to her independent appellate practice, Ms. Lebowitz is frequently engaged as an editor and consultant to attorneys and law firms on substantive appellate questions, jurisdictional matters, brief writing and motions practice in the state and federal trial and appellate courts.

In public finance, Ms. Lebowitz has served as co-bond and co-underwriter's counsel and is listed in the Red Book.

Ms. Lebowitz is a past president of Hillel of Greater Philadelphia. In 2007, she was appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Lorraine Beitler Dreyfus Collection at the University of Pennsylvania. As a member of the Advisory Committee, Ms. Lebowitz serves with international scholars and community leaders to promote values of diversity and tolerance.

Ms. Lebowitz also serves as a member of the Curtis branch board of the Settlement Music Schools. She is a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania and resides and works in Philadelphia.

Ms. Lebowitz received her B.A. degree from Smith College and J.D. from Temple University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Her federal admissions include the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeal, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
